12 chicken wings<br>2 tablespoons olive oil<br>4 cloves garlic, minced<br>1 lemon, zested and juiced<br>1 teaspoon paprika<br>1 teaspoon oregano<br>2 tablespoons PERi-PERi sauce (you can use any hot sauce if PERi-PERi sauce is not available)<br>1 teaspoon salt<br>1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, PERi-PERi sauce, salt, and pepper. Add in the chicken wings and toss until well-coated. Leave this to marinate for at least 2 hours, but if time allows, leaving it overnight would be best.<br></div><div class="method_step"><div class="method_num">2</div>Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
